We had a great remote yoga session PLUS biomechanics testing with

Protect the Plate last night. After yoga, we had the opportunity to discuss the importance of yoga, breathing, and mindfulness for an athlete's recovery process. We tested the team’s downward facing dogs before and after yoga class. Here’s the average session data for that move.
