Ongoing Corporate Wellness Work in New York City
Companies often tell me they value my experience, accessibility, and credibility.
My teaching style is straightforward and grounded. It’s not “airy-fairy” yoga, and it’s not performative wellness. I work with people who may be brand new to yoga alongside those with long-standing practices, and I focus on finding a common entry point that feels realistic and useful.
