Calling all baseball players! I've teamed up with Kinetic Pro Performance to bring remote yoga to baseball players. First session will be this Friday (4/3) at 4pm EST. Sessions will be offered Tuesdays and Fridays at 4pm EST. We will be implementing recovery strategies we researched over the summer. Email ꓘP to reserve your spot!
Sessions will include breathing exercises, active stretches, and recovery stretches proven to benefit baseball players. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.
