Here are a few quick meditations you can do pre-game to get focused. The first meditation is a five minute body scan for body awareness. This scan is especially helpful for beginners, to tune in to the feelings and sensations in the body. The next meditation is a quick, 10 minute meditation, designed to help understand thoughts and how they can begin to help you for important moments on the field. Meditations can be done lying down or seated. Just find a comfortable position and begin.
