Her approach integrates recovery-focused yoga, intelligent sequencing, and breathwork to support mobility, durability, and mental clarity—without disrupting existing training systems.

Experience and Focus
With over fifteen years of experience in professional sports, athletic performance, and recovery, Steph has designed and delivered yoga and mindfulness programming for MLB, NBA, and Nike athletes, as well as corporate teams operating in high-pressure environments.
Her work emphasizes adaptability, discretion, and time-efficient delivery—supporting performance goals while respecting the realities of elite training schedules.
