Service Description

This course provides teams with a toolset to teach unified yoga sessions and mindfulness modalities. We will focus on yoga, restorative yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Enrollees will learn how to teach essential yoga postures with modifications to reduce fatigue and improve recovery of strength and range-of-motion.
