This 25-minute yoga session was designed to use in season as a short active recovery session. This class includes gentle stretches with an emphasis on nervous system regulation. The postures used in this video have been tested to reduce fatigue in pitchers during the season.
This 30-minute yoga session was designed for athletes to use during the offseason. This session includes more movement (with breath) and includes strengthening postures along with active and static stretches.
